The hall and meeting room are available for hire for a variety of uses that range from;

  • Adult parties
  • Activity/ Fun days
  • Children's parties (special hire rate available)
  • Conferences
  • Fundraising events (discounts maybe available for registered charities)
  • Public or private meetings
  • Sales
  • Teenage parties (STRICT CONDITIONS APPLY AND ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS FROM THE PARISH OF MESSING AND INWORTH)
  • Wedding receptions

  • Please look at our online availability calendars to confirm if your date, times and the room/s you require is/are available. We have a copy of the terms of hire and costs on the costs page.

    It is useful when contacting the booking clerk if you can have the following information to hand;

  • Your full name, address, postcode, phone number and E-mail address
  • Your preferable hire date, start and finish time
  • An alternative hire date, start and finish time
  • The type of function (i.e. child's party, meeting or sale)
  • If you will be selling or providing alcohol
  • If you require any access to AV or IT facilities
  • Any other details you feel we need or should know (see our FAQ page for more details)
  • Please bear in mind the phone is not manned all the time and there is an ansaphone available. Please leave a message and we will return your call or enquiry as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
